The Östermalm Remodel project presented a unique challenge: modernizing an early 20th-century apartment without stripping away its inherent charm. The design strategy involved restoring original features like the hardwood floors and ornate moldings, while introducing contemporary touches in the kitchen and bathrooms. Custom cabinetry, state-of-the-art appliances, and smart home technology were integrated seamlessly.
The color palette was kept neutral, with splashes of color to add warmth and character. The furniture selection combined Scandinavian design with more classic pieces, creating an elegant yet inviting atmosphere.
